A few of us reading this are probably electric vehicle skeptics. The charging infrastructure in Thailand is not brilliant and the thought of worrying about running out of charge isn't something I want in my life. Then I saw a funky looking roadster the other day driving around Pattaya and I quite liked the look of it. A quick google shows it's an MG Cyberster.
It has gull wing doors for showing off outside bars. A convertible roof so you can feel the wind in your hair. Surprisingly it's fully electric. It's also fast! (3.2s to 60) and has quite a long range (over 400km). The only downside is it's a bit pricey at around 2.5m baht.

It was only released this month in Thailand so no wonder I haven't seen any before.
Today I remembered to write about it because I saw this news article on the Thaiger about MG doing a huge 3bn baht investment. Time to start saving up for one.
